The drainage at the back needed work, too, so they installed a drain along the fence to look like a creek bed using river rock.

The transformation was pretty good, as you can see. We can still see the neighbors, but the privacy is much better, and in a few years when the branches fill in more, we'll hardly see the neighbor's at all. The trees do lose their leaves during the winter months, meaning we can see the house then, but the neighbors don't use the pool or patio room then, so it's not a big deal.

Finally, we also needed to get a shed for the yard because we needed somewhere to put all of our gardening equipment. The landscapers also installed a shed base for us.
